Do I need to install a plugin?

No. FlowUptime checks your website externally. Verify your hostname with a DNS record or verification file, then create your monitors.

Which forms can I monitor?

Suitable public, single-step native forms with stable fields and a clear success state. A dry run and owner or admin approval are required before live submission. CAPTCHA-protected, authenticated, payment and complex multi-step forms are outside this offering.

How often do checks run?

Scheduled availability and content checks run from every 15 minutes on Starter or 5 minutes on Pro and Agency. Live form submissions are limited to one per 24 hours per form monitor.

Does a successful form test prove that an email arrived?

No. The test checks the configured confirmation state. Verify delivery to your inbox or CRM separately; a success message alone does not prove delivery.

What happens after the free trial?

The Pro trial lasts 14 days from workspace creation. Verify your email to use the product. No payment card is required. Monitoring pauses when access ends unless you activate a paid plan.

When will I receive an incident alert?

By default, two consecutive scheduled failures open an incident. A successful recovery check closes it. Alert timing also depends on the check interval, worker availability and delivery channel.
