Terms of service

These terms govern use of FlowUptime, operated by Novyst in Portugal, at Portugal.

Authorised monitoring only

You may monitor only websites and forms you own or are explicitly authorised to test. Domain verification does not replace your responsibility to obtain permission. You must use synthetic data and must not configure harmful, deceptive or high-risk submissions.

Service and alerts

FlowUptime is an operational aid, not a guarantee that every failure will be detected or that every alert will be delivered. You remain responsible for business continuity and independent backups.

Trials and subscriptions

The Pro trial lasts 14 days without a card. Paid subscriptions renew through Stripe until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added. Plan limits, intervals and retention are shown before purchase.

Acceptable use

You must not probe private networks, bypass security controls, overload targets, monitor third parties without authority or use the service for unlawful activity.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
