01 / AVAILABILITY

Does the page load?

Check the response from a homepage, campaign landing page or contact page. Inspect the HTTP result and duration when a check fails.

Website uptime monitoring →

02 / CONTENT

Is the right content there?

Look for expected text or the absence of unwanted text. A page can return 200 OK while showing a maintenance message or losing the contact information customers need.

Build a monitoring checklist →

03 / HTTPS

Can visitors connect securely?

HTTPS validation plus optional daily certificate checks. Get expiry emails at 30, 14, 7 and 1 day through your verified email channels.

Understand HTTPS checks →

04 / FORMS

Does the enquiry reach confirmation?

Test a suitable native form with synthetic details after a dry run and explicit approval. Live submissions are limited to once every 24 hours per monitor.

CLIENT DELIVERY

Make monitoring visible.

Group websites by client and export real scheduled-check results as CSV or printable reports with your organisation name and message.

Explore the agency workspace →

INCIDENT WORK

Give every issue an owner.

Assign incidents to workspace members, set priorities and record private investigation notes alongside the original check evidence.

See how checks become incidents →

SERVICE STATUS

Share a clear status.

Publish an optional service page with only the public labels and overall statuses you choose. Client details and investigation notes remain private.

Included in every plan →

A failure needs a next step.

Each confirmed failure becomes an incident with its reason and timing. A later successful check closes the incident. Email alerts are available on every plan; Pro and Agency also support signed webhooks for your own integrations.

Invite colleagues into the workspace and use roles to separate monitoring work from sensitive settings. You can see client websites, recent checks and open incidents together.

Do I need to install a plugin?

No. FlowUptime checks your website externally. Verify your hostname with a DNS record or verification file, then create your monitors.

Which forms can I monitor?

Suitable public, single-step native forms with stable fields and a clear success state. A dry run and owner or admin approval are required before live submission. CAPTCHA-protected, authenticated, payment and complex multi-step forms are outside this offering.

How often do checks run?

Scheduled availability and content checks run from every 15 minutes on Starter or 5 minutes on Pro and Agency. Live form submissions are limited to one per 24 hours per form monitor.

Does a successful form test prove that an email arrived?

No. The test checks the configured confirmation state. Verify delivery to your inbox or CRM separately; a success message alone does not prove delivery.
